Due to the nature of our business & to ensure hygienic integrity is maintained all sales are final.
In the event an order is incorrect or the product is defective please email Contact@KivaniVirginHair.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. We will ensure the issue is resolved properly.
Please ensure your address is correct prior to completing your order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee required.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods while in-transit for delivery. All orders are shipped with signature tracking.
